This is an adaptation of the novel "The time traveler's wife". Even I haven't read the book, I must suggest: "Read the book first." If a movie is based on a book, I usually read the book first for one obvious reason: Book's are better. I don't know what's the book like, but I know the movie is really good. Basically it's a heart-warming love story, a romantic chick flick, so if you are an action movie fan this is not for you.
