Storyline:
A match-up made in tough-guy heaven -- Jason Statham, Clive Owen and Robert De Niro star in Killer Elite. Based on a shocking true story, Killer Elite pits two of the world's most elite operatives - Danny, an ex-special ops agent (Jason Statham) and Hunter, his longtime mentor (Robert De Niro) - against the cunning leader of a secret military society (Clive Owen). Covering the globe from Australia to Paris, London and the Middle East, Danny and Hunter are plunged into a highly dangerous game of cat and mouse - where the predators become the prey.

Review:
First, I must say that I love Jason Statham's movies. That being said, I did not like this one very much. I expected much more action in it. And the action is why I love Jason Statham's movies. Here he has to act which is not the best idea in the world. He is just not convincing. The movie has a great cast: Jason Statham, Clive Owen, Robert De Niro, Dominic Purcell, but apparently that is not enough to make a good movie. The whole thing is a too slow, and it lasts almost 2 hours, the plot is all over the place (the scenes where we have Danny and his girlfriend are just not needed in the film), the characters are just there; after watching the film we know nothing about them... I watched it, and to be honest I could have spend 2 hours a lot better than watching this.

Rating: 5/10
